Terms and conditions for Four Gym Access Lock-in Membership

This is an automatic reoccurring payment. You are responsible for managing your account - we DO NOT issue refunds. You will be billed on the day of your purchase and then every month on that same day (Example: If your purchase day is August 12th, you will be billed on the 12th of every month). You can change or cancel your membership by logging into your account or by emailing striveanduplift@gmail.com. We DO NOT issue refunds for plans that are not canceled or changed before your next bill date.

Unused visits will not roll over.

If you go over 4 visits within your month you will receive 25% off additional gym access sessions ($7.50 + tax ea.)

Access to strength training equipment to use on your own during, as well as the larger turf (depending on availability), including pickup games on the turf like goalty or mini during business hours. For other events, such as classes, courses, clinics, or organized leagues, check our pricing for those particular services.

Now that you have a membership, you can refer friends to buy memberships and we'll give you $30 off one month of your membership! If you refer two or more peeps we'll take $30 off each following month for the number of referrals you have made. Did you get referred to purchase a membership by one of our members? If so, email us and let us know so they can get a $30 credit. Referral credits only apply to membership costs and cannot be used for any other services.
