Terms and conditions for Youth Four Gym Access Lock-in Membership

This is an automatic reoccurring payment. You are responsible for managing your account - we DO NOT issue refunds.
You will be billed on the day of your purchase and then every month on that same day (Example: If your purchase day is August 12th, you will be billed on the 12th of every month). You can change or cancel your membership by logging into your account or by emailing striveanduplift@gmail.com. We DO NOT issue refunds for plans that are not canceled or changed before your next bill date.
